Excellent shoes! I’m a nurse and wear Dansko’s at work, and I had to get another pair for during the week. They fit well, and I’m not having back and leg pain like I used to have prior to wearing them. I highly recommend them. The sizing is tricky, but other than that, they’re great.

Everyone should wear these shoes! If I had worn these shoes earlier my body would have been in better shape. My work enviornment was on concrete floors—-teaching on my feet for 8 hours straight. These shoes are amazing. They were designed initially for chefs. I have worn these shoes for traveling, walking for hours at a time. Most recently they were wonderful walking the cobblestone streets of San Miguel de Allende. The one drawback is airport security. The staples in the shoe will set off the security screener. I take them off and send them through the conveyor belt. I am still wearing a pair bought in August of 2001. The foot bed is so sturdy I don’t think it is capable of breaking down. They come only in European whole sizes. I would love a half size smaller.

Perfect for Teachers! These shoes are designed to make people with professions that require a lot of standing or walking feel comfortable all day and into the evening. No longer do I feel the need to kick off the shoes the minute I walk in the door at home. I stand straighter, walk taller, and am a kinder teacher because my feet are supported in all the right places.

Christmas Gift - I think the shoes are very good looking. I bought them for my daughter who requested them. I thought the service was incredible. They were at my door in 24 hours. Can’t complain about that. My feet are larger and I notice you have large sizes and wider widths, so I will be sure to check when I am ready to purchase shoes. Thank You Mary Ann Knutson

Red Dansko Professional Latigo - I wanted the red Dansko and because the red does not come in a narrow width, I ordered the medium, which fits a little large. I had to put insoles in the shoe for it to fit and it still feels a little sloppy. The shoe is heavier than many of my other shoes and this doesn’t help the fit. I love the look, however, and would prefer a better fit but such is the price of vanity.

I really like these shoes, for several reasons: 1) They look great!; 2) They make me feel much taller; an 3) They are quite sturdy. I did, however, have to send the first pair back and reorder in a larger size, because thay were very tight in the front. (I usually wear a 9 1/2 or 10 and ordered size 40 the first time - the 41’s feel much better. Rustic Penny Collection - Flap Messenger Bag. The european sizing is still confusing, and I do wish Dansko made a size 40 1/2.) I’ve yet to try these for any distance walking, though, and I’m not sure my feet could take it in these.
