Don’t Buy for Boating - I love these sandals. They’re comfortable, and I wore them all summer. But one of the reasons I bought them was to wear them when boating. Contrary to what the description says, they WILL leave black marks all over your boat. Cole Haan Steffan Belt. I was a little disappointed since I paid more than I would have normally, and can’t use them for something they are designed for.

Greatest shoe on earth! The moment I put these shoes on they felt like a soft well worn glove and supported my feet to boot! I wore them right away and throught the next several days camping and never did my feet hurt. Amazing since I have the condition of plantar fascitis! Cole Haan Steffan Belts. I have recently bought another pair for work! Great shoe! Oh and Zappos helped me out amazingly by allowing me to return the first shoe I got (flet too small) and order another one in just 2 days!!!

Great shoes! I ordered these shoes because a coworker had them. They suit our business rather well. We are in Hawaii working a t.v. show…lots of long hours on our feet and hot and humid weather. These shoes meet the safety requirements for us to wear a closed toe and yet allow us to have the freedom of a sandle with the support of a tennis shoe. Most of the office has purchased them! We love them!!!

Went Shark Fishing in them - And in case you think that black base might mar a boat deck, it won’t. I pulled in (and released) a 6 ft. lemon shark in these shoes and they really earned their stripes as the shark outweighed me so traction was a very good thing. The shark was tagged and we even got to call a Marine Institute to report the whereabouts so all in all the Keens had quite an adventure. Did I mention they are amazing, waterproof, lightweight and comfy too?? Well… they are!! These shoes are very comfortable — the toe bumper is great, and they have great support, though they are a little hotter than I expected. But they are ugly. (Someone described them as ‘clown shoes’.) The front of the shoe is so wide; if you have narrow feet and/or skinny legs, they look pretty strange. My Keens are keen! These shoes are not only some of the most comfortable that I have worn, they are practical and they draw many positive comments and for a 65 year old’s shoes, that’s not bad. I have hard to fit narrow feet so those with narrow feet, give the Keens a try.

Best shoe ever - I bought these so I could have a “fitness sandel” two weeks I bought another pair just to take to the gym. I have never had a shoe feel so good. I can stand all day on concrete floors with out back or leg pain. I can’t wait to try some of the Keen lines. Sneaker sandal - These shoes are great when you want the comfort and feel of a sneaker but not the weight. I have received many compliments on them from total strangers noticing them. My only criticism is that my feet sometimes sweat in them which I did not expect given the openeness of the shoe.

Fantabulous - I purchased these due to their delicious comfort as well as their fashionable signature stylishness. I wear them with everything including dresses/skirts(kind of like Sara Jessica Parker stuff). I got the periwinkle color as I am a color junky and have gotten rave reviews/ awesome compliments from wide ranges of folks. My mother (lives in Montana)just purchased these while visiting me here in PA. She thought they were great the second she laid eyes on them. She’ll now be the next trend setter in Montana as well as walking/hiking in her new favorite, most comfortable and fantabulous periwinkle/mango Keen Newprt H2’s. We love them and so will you…

great for walking, beach, hiking… or just running around town. Great for those trips where you want to minimize shoe packing — can work great functionally, but look great with shorts, etc. too. ONE IMPORTANT NOTE! If you have any question about whether to order your regular size or a half size larger — order the larger size. I am mostly a size 6, but occasionally find that 6.5 fits better in some shoes — if you are like this, order the larger size. My only shoe - I have feet problems, but have to walk 3 miles a day to school. This is the only shoe that has left me not only enjoying my walk but not walking like a grandma the next day. An added benefit: I can walk in the rain without damaging my shoe–though I do get wet. I swear by Keens! Great width and comfort! Great for rafting - Just got back from an 8-day rafting/kayaking trip on the Middle Fork of the Salmon in Idaho, and the Keen Newport H2s were the perfect shoes for the trip. The toe guard protected the toes much better than Tevas and the Keens dried out much faster than sneakers would have. Plus they were very comfortable for hiking and scrambling over rocks.

Gymsandle Hybrid - I am writing again after wearing the H2 everyday all summer in rain, on the beach in salt water, hiking on trails, bike riding in the airport and just everywhere doing everything all day long. They dry quickly and are even comfortable when wet. I actually forget that I have feet because my feet feel so good and are so well supported. I love the toe protection, arch support, and how balanced my foot feels in them. Lateral stability and balance is vital for me as I often turn my ankles but that hasn’t happened once in all my activities in these gymsandle hybrids. Do not miss out on having this shoe in your wardrobe. You will probably not wear you other styles of shoes much. Will there be a “winter” model coming out too?

I love this shoe! This is a great shoe to take off for the weekend in. It has the support of a tennis shoe, doesn’t require socks and has the comfort and coolness of a sandal. It’s perfection. Because of the elasticity of the cord and the fabric, and the generous width, I am wearing the size I normally wear. It does, however, look more like a tennis shoe, so I can’t wear it to work as often as I would like.
